THE RECIPE
A plastic
containers of 100 liters is to be
filled halfway with
cabbage (50 kg, fresh, with a cross cut in the stumps, where salt is
placed) and the same amount of water,

2-3 lemons, and a must – corncob.
When the sauerkraut and the cabbage juice
is ready, added are 370 g propolis (powder) and a pound of grated
horseradish (at least 6 cm in diameter).

has a beneficial effect for improvement
of immunity. It is great both for people
at risk of cancer and suffering from
respiratory diseases, influenza and parainfluenza
conditions and any other infections. One drinks a wine-glass (150 ml) of cabbage juice several times a day (before meals), Professor Yanaki Karadjov (80, microbiologist)

Prof. Karadjov
recommends that every home, on the terrace, and where there is no terrace – one
can put a beehive on one's roof (like every home has). The aim is – through a pipeline

on the respiratory system, especially for people with lung problems or people
of age who are at risk of pneumonia. Also the professor advises that bees – that
in recent years die on a mass scale – be consumed in various forms. He gave an
example that in Siberia they made tea from bees as well as squash, while he cooked
them fried with various spices. Recently he learned that in Sofia there is already
a restaurants that offer dishes with bugs. The peoples that consume insects will
never be threatened by hunger, because we live in a world of insects. These are
